At Epic Events UK we are dedicated to creating memorable and exciting experiences specifically designed for school years 8, 9 & 10. Our mission is to provide a safe, fun and engaging environment where young teens can celebrate, socialise and enjoy their special moments with friends.
OUR STORY
Founded by Nicky Crowther and Nikki Gaskell, we are parents of teens and tweens, as well as passionate event planners. We understand the unique needs and interests of young teens, and bring creativity, energy and a focus on safety to every party we host.
In today’s technological world, it is too easy for children to socialise behind screens. We hope our events will help teens come together face to face, grow in confidence and independence, whilst also providing a stepping stone from teen parties before they embark into the world of the UK festival scene & nightclub scene.
We understand that teens want to socialise in a party environment and for many reasons parents are reluctant to host these events at home. It is our aim to offer a safe and independent venue where teens can relax and enjoy themselves and remove the burden on parents to deliver a party at home.
What makes our parties different?
At Epic Events, we take the safety and security of our teens extremely seriously.
We provide:
- A secure venue with professional staff.
- CCTV in all public areas.
- Epic Events staff are DBS checked.
- Professional medic on site to address any emergencies during the event.
- Direct phone line from venue to the Police.
Our professional security team are on site to ensure everyone’s safety including:
- Allow entry only to valid ticket holders.
- Search bags and pockets for alcohol, vapes or illegal substances.
- Manage any event disruption.
We encourage parents to remind their teens prior to the event that their behaviour and privacy of their peers is very important, and to resist taking photos which may be private and/or should not be shared.
With Epic Events every party is more than just an event, it's a celebration of friendship, fun and the exciting journey of being a teen.
